This development is a 13-story mixed-use building with two levels of parking space underground. This housing development has 88 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Total floor area is about 160,000 square feet, including 26,000 square feet of community facility space at 1st and 2nd floors. The structural system consists of concrete flat plate slab and shear wall, and the building is supported on mat foundation.
